Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acquire Merchant KHQR and Sell out banking services and other products that Prasac MFI has both indoor and outdoor.
• Prepare and organize process of disseminating of PRASAC Merchant KHQR
• Introduce PRASAC KHQR to potential Merchant and target clients
• Assist in organizing documents or forms for Merchant KHQR who intend using PRASAC KHQR or other banking services of Prasac MFI
• Disseminate PRASAC KHQR and other banking services and products to the publics based on Prasac standard
• Keep in touch with PRASAC Merchant KHQR after they used Prasac banking services
• Assist any activities to be held in the public
• Carry out standard of customer service at Branch Office
• Help addressing any complaints or dissatisfaction or suggestions of Merchant
• Carry out other tasks that it may require by manager
• Merchant Specialist is required to report to Branch Manager
• Merchant Specialist will be advised or consulted by Banking Services Department too.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, finance, banking sector or relevant.
• At lease one year experience on customer service and selling service and products with other institution
• The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience
• Good at English speaking, writing and listening
• Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication
• Computer literacy , including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English
• Can work in a pressure manner
