Saving Acquisition Officer

Job Location:

  • Preah Sihanouk Branch

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking services both indoors and outdoors.
  • Prepare and organize the process of disseminating to acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking service.
  • Assist in organizing documents or forms for clients who intend to use the services.
  • Disseminate products and services, deposit/fee-based and other banking services to the public based on standards.
  • Keep in touch with clients after they use banking services.
  • Assist with any activities to be held in the public.
  • Carry out the standard of customer service at the Branch Office.
  • Help address any complaints dissatisfaction or suggestions of clients.
  • Carry out other tasks that may be required by the manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in the market sector, finance, banking sector, or relevant Bachelor’s degrees.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and selling services and products with other institutions.
  • The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
  • Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication.
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.
  • Can work in a pressure manner.

Job Location:

  • Preah Sihanouk Branch

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking services both indoors and outdoors.
  • Prepare and organize the process of disseminating to acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking service.
  • Assist in organizing documents or forms for clients who intend to use the services.
  • Disseminate products and services, deposit/fee-based and other banking services to the public based on standards.
  • Keep in touch with clients after they use banking services.
  • Assist with any activities to be held in the public.
  • Carry out the standard of customer service at the Branch Office.
  • Help address any complaints dissatisfaction or suggestions of clients.
  • Carry out other tasks that may be required by the manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in the market sector, finance, banking sector, or relevant Bachelor’s degrees.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and selling services and products with other institutions.
  • The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
  • Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication.
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.

Job Location:

  • Preah Sihanouk Branch

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking services both indoors and outdoors.
  • Prepare and organize the process of disseminating to acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking service.
  • Assist in organizing documents or forms for clients who intend to use the services.
  • Disseminate products and services, deposit/fee-based and other banking services to the public based on standards.
  • Keep in touch with clients after they use banking services.
  • Assist with any activities to be held in the public.
  • Carry out the standard of customer service at the Branch Office.
  • Help address any complaints dissatisfaction or suggestions of clients.
  • Carry out other tasks that may be required by the manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in the market sector, finance, banking sector, or relevant Bachelor’s degrees.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and selling services and products with other institutions.
  • The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
  • Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication.
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.
  • Can work in a pressure manner.

  • Acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking services both indoors and outdoors.
  • Prepare and organize the process of disseminating to acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking service.
  • Assist in organizing documents or forms for clients who intend to use the services.

Saving Acquisition Officer

Job Location:

  • Preah Sihanouk Branch

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking services both indoors and outdoors.
  • Prepare and organize the process of disseminating to acquire retail clients, CASA balance, Digital accounts, Mobile internet banking, and other banking service.
  • Assist in organizing documents or forms for clients who intend to use the services.
  • Disseminate products and services, deposit/fee-based and other banking services to the public based on standards.
  • Keep in touch with clients after they use banking services.
  • Assist with any activities to be held in the public.
  • Carry out the standard of customer service at the Branch Office.
  • Help address any complaints dissatisfaction or suggestions of clients.
  • Carry out other tasks that may be required by the manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in the market sector, finance, banking sector, or relevant Bachelor’s degrees.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service and selling services and products with other institutions.
  • The priority shall be given to those who have relevant experience.
  • Good at English speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Good personal characteristics, including soft, friendly, and good communication.
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing, and English.
  • Can work in a pressure manner.
