AVP & Deputy Manager of Corporate Banking Department

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist to develop corporate sale strategies for achieving the annual target of the department including increase CASA balance, deposit, business partnership and other corporate banking’s products and services.
  • Provide technical and strategic support to branches and related staff to achieve their targets and increase profitability.
  • Monitor and coach the department’s team(s) and implement the strategy to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team(s).
  • Conduct corporate market review and trend to determine potential corporate market and business segments.
  • Establish and expand new business networking to maintain existing business partnership and to build strong referral sources for new potential business.
  • Conduct periodic branch’s sale monitor review to find out on corporate banking’s sale and on corporate sale strategy to all branch level.
  • Ensure all memos/policy involved corporate banking’s products and services are executed and implemented on time and effective.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Branch’s activities and results.
  • Set up and conduct periodic training/refreshment course.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Master’s degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent in related field.
  • Minimum 05 years’ experience in commercial bank with good knowledge of commercial banking and corporate banking as well as 03 years’ experience in bancassurance business.
  • History of strong achievement of sales performance.
  • Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans to comply with set targets.
  • Strong analytical and managerial skills.
  • Ability to perform training to staff within the branch networks.
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit and ability to communicate with high-net-worth persons as well as with decision maker of corporate clients.
  • High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with customer’s and bank’s information.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch networks.
