Manager of Digital Product & Service Planning Unit

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
  • Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
  • Keep all parties on track and informed by hosts daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure the project is on track.
  • Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
  • Introduce continuous integration (CI) and automation with developers.
  • Removes any roadblocks that can hinder the progress of the team.
  • Teach the team ways to stay self-organized and focused to improves productivity.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experiences as scrum master or project developments.
  • Experience in develop Retail Digital Banking Product & Service.
  • Experience and knowledge in agile framework and continue integration (CI).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and engagement.
  • Good communication and capable of working independently in complex and challenge environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
