Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
  • Understanding any regulations such as national bank and other sector
  • Analyses the demand/business trend of digital banking product and services to meet the needs of the organization’s target market
  • Compile the product roadmap and define necessary features to propose a to new development/renovation of digital product and service
  • Stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure their company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments
  • Create a digital banking product and service planning
  • Document all phases of research and development.
  • Other tasks assign by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields, skill in Digital Product role.
  • 3 -5 years of experiences working within the industry relevance or general research & development and planning experience.
  • A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas, researching, planning and solving problems creatively.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.
  • Hands-on experience in managing or leading a team of employees.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
  • Good business sense.
