Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate identification of security weaknesses.
- Clear documentation of assessment results and recommended mitigation actions.
- Contribution to compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
- Perform vulnerability scanning and security assessments.
- Support cybersecurity testing and exercises.
- Assist in incident response documentation and reporting.
- Assist in security awareness activities.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to support remediation efforts.
- Up-to-date cybersecurity threats, tools, and best practices.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity assessments, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security frameworks.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Good at English speaking, writing and listening
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
- Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
- Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
