Work Shifts
- 03 Positions (Morning Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM)
- 02 Positions (Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM)
- 01 Position (Night Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other channels related to products and services, and general information.
- Handle customer complaints and take lead in finding appropriate solutions.
- Record customer information and feedback, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Promote existing and new products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide support for ATM, Mobile Banking, Bakong, and card- related services, including card blocking, PIN Reset, Blocking the KB PRASAC Mobile App, device Unblocking, amount blocking, and other related services.
- Prepare daily customer complaint and call reports to line managers.
- Communicate with branches regarding customer loan inquiries and other matters.
- Ensure excellent call center service delivery with high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that complaints via phone, email, and other channels are resolved professionally.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Communications, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
- At least 1 years of experience in a call center, contact center, multi-channel (phone, email, chat, social media) Knowledge of call-handling procedures and customer service protocols
- Strong interpersonal skill with pleasant and patient when dealing with customers.
- Good at English (speaking, writing, and listening)
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet usage, Khmer typing and English typing.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Friendly personality with good communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High personal integrity, strong moral values, and ability to work under pressure
