- Monivong Flagship Branch, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduce new products of KB PRASAC Bank to potential clients and target clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese individual and corporate clients
- Act as the primary contact point for Chinese-speaking clients, providing advice on banking products and services
- Keep in touch with potential clients after they have used KB PRASAC banking services
- Sell out banking services and other products that KB PRASAC Bank has both indoor and outdoor.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Chinese community and corporate sector.
- Organize networking events, seminars, and promotional campaigns targeting Chinese clients.
- Promote tailored products (e.g., linked accounts, trade finance, remittances) suited for Chinese clients
- Ensure timely execution of client requests, including account opening, credit applications, and investment solutions
- Carry out the standard of customer service at Branch Office
- Liaise with the bank’s international branches, especially those in China, to facilitate transactions and information sharing
- Support Chinese clients with regulatory, compliance, and documentary requirements.
- Assist in organizing documents or forms for potential clients who intend to use the banking services of KB PRASAC Bank.
- Monitor the Chinese business environment in Cambodia
- Provide insights to management on market trends, competition, and client needs
- Ensure all transactions comply with local and Chinese regulatory requirements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, International Relations, or a related field.
- Additional certification in financial services, Chinese language, or cross-cultural communication is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in relationship management, business development, or customer service.
- Knowledge of trade finance, corporate banking, or retail banking products and services.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Fluency in Chinese, English, both spoken and written, and listening
- Understanding of the expectations and behavior of Chinese investors and companies.
- Leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, others).
- High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible, and a good team player.
- Ability in problem-solving and good communication skills.
- Good behavior, committed and disciplined.
