IT Support Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and technical assistant to head office and branch staff related to IT issues.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of computers peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup and recovery.
  • Assist to install software, network, internet, email, printer and update antivirus for all head office and branches.
  • Follow up, maintenance support IT system at Head Office and Branches.
  • Train end guide user on using new software, PC maintenance and troubleshoot.
  • Connectivity and related issues.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor degrees in IT/MIS or related fields.
  • Must at least 3 years of experience IT/MIS/Telecom field for MFIs/Banks.
  • Good understanding of banking operation.
  • Good skills in installation and maintenance of network, and computer related equipment.
  • Good knowledge of Telecommunication Connectivity, Window Server and Linux.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
  • Willing to travel to provinces.
