Manager of Card Support Unit

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead to growth KB PRASAC’s Card base through existing and new Card User, partnership, identifying the growth sectors and renewing the existing relationships.
  • Implement and follow the guidelines on how to keep Card User loyalty with KB PRASAC.
  • Cooperate with related departments to support direct marketing activities of the branches.
  • Analyze the needs of the Card Users needs
  • Develop business plan, promotional strategy and activities so as to attract and grow new client relationship
  • Monitor Card transactions/Card active-inactive and support strategies
  • Monitor the results of the sales activities of the branch staff on Card Service
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Department on providing training or refreshment courses to the sales staff within the branch network
  • Other tasks required by the Management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Banking/Finance, preferably at Master Degree level.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the banking and financial sector.
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in banking or financial institution.
  • History of strong achievement of sales performance.
  • Good computer skills (incl. Microsoft Office).
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • High motivation and ability to manage the assigned tasks without close supervision.
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans in order to comply with set targets
  • Good communication and strong understanding of customer behavior.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
