Manager of Card Support Unit

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead to growth KB PRASAC’s Card base through existing and new Card User, partnership, identifying the growth sectors and renewing the existing relationships.
  • Implement and follow the guidelines on how to keep Card User loyalty with KB PRASAC
  • Cooperate with related departments to support direct marketing activities of the branches
  • Analyze the needs of the Card Users needs
  • Develop business plan, promotional strategy and activities so as to attract and grow new client relationship
  • Monitor Card transactions/Card active-inactive and support strategies
  • Perform trainings and refreshment courses to commercial branch staff whenever it is necessary
  • Monitor the results of the sales activities of the branch staff on Card Service
  • Develop and communicate adequate on Card sales strategy for the client related staff
  • Produce guidelines on how to find new Card User to use KB PRASAC’s CASA, deposit and fee-based services
  • Giving the advice to improvement the selling strategy to achieve the sales target to all branch level
  • Ensure that selling guideline are implemented promptly by the related staff and branch level
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in card operations, card support, or electronic payment systems, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of card operations, including credit, debit, and prepaid card products.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection, risk management, and dispute resolution (chargeback/representment process).
  • Knowledge of payment systems, settlement processes, and transaction monitoring
  • High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
  • Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels
  • Good at English speaking, writing and listening
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
  • Willingness to frequently travel to the wide branch network offices.
