Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Work closely with the related product owner to understand overall idea
- Create a user persona, workflow and user experience according to product requirement
- Prepare app prototypes.
- Creative sketch up wireframe
- Using design tools that can adopt best practices for design in banking apps to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and attractive.
- Document the design and work with related product owner.
- Other tasks assign by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields, skill in Digital Product role.
- 3-5 years of experiences as UX/UI designer or creative graphics designer.
- Experience and knowledge in Adobe XD, Figma and other related UI & UX desgin software.
- Having a archivement of UX/UI design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and engagement.
- Good communication and capable of working independtly in complex and challenge invironments.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
