Senior Merchant Payment Support Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify merchant requests, and update information from branches into the Merchant Management System in a timely and effective manner, ensuring accuracy
  • Ensure all merchant data verified are accurate in order to record and report to manager and related team.
  • Provide support for all branch operations related to the Merchant Management System assist with disputes and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Control and follow up on KHQR Material printing for all branches, ensure that all material types are printed and fully demand to branches and clients.
  • Improvement of Merchant Services which is cost-saving, faster, easy, and aims to minimize operational issues or mistakes
  • Design and update documentation and training materials to improve the Merchant Service training program.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor ‘s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of working experiences as a customer service and related fields.
  • 1 year of working experience in banking or financial services industry.
  • To be proactive and good team work
  • Good understanding about bank system.
  • Good at English speaking, writing and listening
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
  • Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
