Senior Network Administration Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Manage enterprise routing and switching (DMVPN, IPsec VPN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, and VXLAN).
  • Configure and manage Next-Generation Firewalls.
  • Administrator Load Balancers (LTM & GTM) to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage Network Access Control for LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
  • Support Identity and Access Management including MFA, SSO, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
  • Manage Internet connectivity, IP Transit, public IP address and ISP services.
  • Monitor network performance troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Perform network maintenance upgrades backups and disaster recovery.
  • Prepare network documentation diagrams SOPs and implementation reports.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects change management and on-call support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams vendors and service providers.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN/WAN and VPN networking.
  • Strong knowledge of routing (DMVPN, IPsec VPN, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLAN, VXLAN).
  • Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
  • Knowledge of Network Access Control (802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, pxGrid).
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (MFA, SSO, Active Directory, RADIUS, TACACS+).
  • Knowledge of IP Transit, Internet routing, and ISP connectivity.
  • Familiar with load balancing technologies (LTM/GTM).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
