Notice on System Upgrade

  

Please be informed that KB PRASAC Bank Plc. will perform system upgrade in the following schedule:

  1. From 07:20 PM on 3 April 2025 to 03:24 AM on 4 April 2025.
  2. From 08:00 PM on 8 April 2025 to 04:20 AM on 9 April 2025.

During this upgrading, all transactions related to Bakong service (Incoming, Outgoing and KHQR) will be temporarily suspended. Thank you

  2. ​សូម​កុំ​ប្រើ​ ​ថ្ងៃខែ​ឆ្នាំ​កំណើត​ ​ឬ​ ​លេខ​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ ​ឬ​ ​លេខ​គណនី​ ​ឬ​ ​លេខ​អត្តសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណ​ ​ឬ​ ​លេខរៀង​ដែល​ងាយស្រួល​ចាំ​ ​ឬ​ ​ស្រួល​ស្មាន​ដឹង​​ធ្វើជា​​​លេខ​កូ​ដ​សម្ងាត់​ (​P​IN​) ​។
  3. ​ត្រូវ​ធានា​ឱ្យ​ច្បាស់​ថា​​ គ្មានអ្នកដទៃ​ឃ្លាំមើល​ ​ឬ​ ​ក៏មាន​មនុស្ស​នៅក្បែរនៅពេលលោកអ្នកបញ្ចូលព័ត៌មានដើម្បី​ចូល​ប្រើប្រាស់​។
  4. សូម​ផ្លាស់ប្តូរ​លេខ​កូ​ដ​សម្ងាត់​ (​P​IN​) ឱ្យ​បាន​ញឹកញាប់​ ​និង​ក្នុង​ករណី​សង្ស័យ​ថា​ ​លេខ​កូ​ដ​សម្ងាត់​ (P​IN​) ​ត្រូវ​បាន​ដឹង​ដោយ​អ្នកដទៃ​។
  5. ​លោក​អ្នក​គួរ​កំណត់​លេខ​កូ​ដ​សម្ងាត់​ (​P​IN​) ​ចូល​ប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធី KB PRASAC Mobile​ ​ឱ្យ​ខុស​ពី​លេខ​សម្ងាត់​(Password​) ​បើក​សោ​ ទូរស័ព្ទ​ចល័ត​ ​ឬ​ ​កុំព្យូទ័រ​របស់​ខ្លួន​។
  6. ត្រូវ​ជូនដំណឹង​មក ធនាគារ ខេ​ប៊ី​ប្រា​សាក់​ ​ជាបន្ទាន់ ​ប្រសិនបើ​លោក​អ្នក​ភ្លេច​លេខ​កូ​ដ​សម្ងាត់​ (​P​IN​) ​និង​/​ឬ​ ​អត្តលេខ​អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់​ (User​ ​ID) ​ឬ​ ​សង្ស័យថា​អ្នក​ផ្សេង​បាន​ដឹង​។

  9. ប្រសិនបើ​លោកអ្នក​ទទួល​បាន​អ៊ីម៉ែ​ល​ ​ឬ​ ​សារ​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ ​ឬ​ ​ការ​ហៅ​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ ​ដែល​ស្នើសុំ​ព័ត៌​មាន​ខាងលើ​ ​សូម​លុបចោល​ ​ឬ​ ​បដិសេធ​ជាបន្ទាន់​ ​និង​/​ឬ​ ​មិន​ត្រូវ​ចុច​លើ​តំណ​ភ្ជាប់​បណ្តាញ​ (​Link​) ​ឬ​ ​បើក​ឯកសារ​ភ្ជាប់​ណាមួយ​ដែល​មាននៅ​ក្នុង​អ៊ី​ម៉ែ​ល​នោះ​ឡើយ​។

  13. សូម​កុំ​ទុក​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ចល័ត​ ​ ​ឬ​ ​ឧបករណ៍​ពាក់ព័ន្ធ​​ដែល​កំពុង​បើក​កម្មវិធី KB ​P​R​A​SAC​ Mobile ​ចោល​នៅ​ទី​សាធារណៈ​ ​និង​ត្រូវ​​ចាក់សោ​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ (Lock​ ​Phone​) ​ឬ​ ​ឧបករណ៍​ពាក់ព័ន្ធ​ភ្លាម​ៗ​ករណី​ឈប់​ប្រើប្រាស់​។

KB PRASAC Bank To Upgrade Core Banking System and Mobile Banking App

  

Phnom Penh: KB PRASAC Bank is pleased to inform valued customers and the public about an upcoming upgrade to its core banking system and mobile banking app, aiming to enhance the overall banking experience.

With that said, our bank will suspend temporarily all types of banking services as schedule below:

  • Suspend all services via branch counters from 12:00 pm on 19 January to 7:00 am on 22 January 2024.
  • Suspend all transactions via KB PRASAC Mobile, ATM/CDM, KB PRASAC KHQR Payment and other channels from 6:00 pm on 19 January to 7:00 am on 22 January 2024.

This planned upgrade is a part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, ensuring that our systems meet the evolving needs of our customers.
