Personal
- Be a legally registered and operating company, institution, or business entity.
- The borrower must be registered under the name of the company or legal entity.
- Hold valid business registration documents and licenses issued by the relevant authorities.
- The loan purpose must be eligible under the Solar Loan, including the purchase, installation, expansion, or improvement of a solar energy system.
- The company must have been established and operating for at least one (1) year.
- Demonstrate sound business operations with stable income and/or regular cash flow.
- Have sufficient repayment capacity and demonstrate sound financial standing.
- Maintain a satisfactory credit history and good business reputation.
- Provide financial statements or other acceptable financial documents as required by KB PRASAC Bank.
- Provide sufficient collateral with valid legal ownership documents, subject to KB PRASAC Bank’s lending and collateral requirements.
- Provide a company resolution, approval, or authorization letter for borrowing and/or collateral provision, where applicable.
