Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 1 October 2026 – KB PRASAC Bank Plc. and the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (KOCHAM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic cooperation framework aimed at supporting Korean businesses, investors, and member companies operating in Cambodia.
The MoU was signed by Mr. RY Vanna, President & Chief Executive Officer of KB PRASAC Bank, and Mr. KIM Seong-su, Chairman of KOCHAM, at KB PRASAC Bank’s Monivong Flagship Branch.
Under the MoU, the two organizations will cooperate to promote mutual business growth, strengthen corporate networking, and support KOCHAM members with banking and business-related solutions. The cooperation includes financial services and advisory support, business networking, and events.
Through the partnership, KB PRASAC Bank will provide KOCHAM members with access to tailored banking products, financial advisory services, and digital banking solutions. The two parties also intend to jointly organize or participate in seminars, business matching activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Following the MoU signing ceremony, KB PRASAC Bank officially unveiled the Korea Investment Support Center at its Monivong Flagship Branch, reaffirming the Bank’s commitment to supporting Korean and Chinese-speaking businesses and investors in Cambodia. The Center will serve as a dedicated platform providing tailored financial solutions, financial advisory services, and business support to meet the evolving needs of Korean enterprises. Through this initiative, KB PRASAC Bank seeks to further enhance economic cooperation and foster stronger business ties between Cambodia and Korea.
