How The Services Work

  1. The buyer and seller agree on the transaction terms and conditions.
  2. The buyer transfers the agreed amount to Trust Account at KB PRASAC Bank.
  3. KB PRASAC Bank releases the funds to the seller once the agreed terms and conditions have been fulfilled.

  • Hold a savings or current account with KB PRASAC
  • Have a contract for the purchase/sale of real estate, goods, or services, or other supporting documents
  • National ID card/passport (original and valid)

Corporate

  • A legally registered company in the Kingdom of Cambodia
  • Hold a savings or current account with KB PRASAC
  • Have a contract for the purchase/sale of real estate, goods, or services, and/or other documentation to support the request for safe-keeping or storage services
  • National ID card/passport (original and valid) of the legal representative(s) and relevant individuals.
