Kampong Thom: On August 27, 2026, KB PRASAC Bank organized a financial literacy awareness program for students and donated books to the library of Loek Cheah Primary School, located in Loek Cheah Village, Preah Damrei Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province.
This program aims to raise financial awareness among students while continuing to support the operations of the library at Loek Cheah Primary School, which KB PRASAC Bank constructed in 2012.
On that occasion, KB PRASAC Bank management said financial literacy is an essential life skill; acquiring this knowledge from a young age helps children build a strong financial foundation, empowering them to become financially capable citizens who can safely and effectively manage, utilize, and make decisions about financial resources in the future.
During the event, students enthusiastically participated in entertaining quiz games focused on financial knowledge and life skills, such as understanding money and money management, and received souvenirs as a form of encouragement. Beyond promoting financial literacy, KB PRASAC Bank also donated a new collection of books to the library at Loek Cheah Primary School for students to read and use for research.
