Promotion of FIFA World Cup 26™ Viewing Event Ticket, Final Match

  1. Campaign Period
    • The Campaign shall commence on 1st July 2026 and conclude on 25th July 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).
    • Transactions completed outside of the stipulated Campaign Period shall be deemed strictly ineligible for entry.
  2. Eligibility Criteria
    Eligible Participation is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria at the time of transaction:
    • Must hold an active, valid pandapro subscription.

      *Non-subscribers may utilize the promotional code VISAFIFA to receive a 50% discount on a 6-month pandapro subscription, subject to completing the subscription payment via a valid Visa card.
  3. Campaign Mechanism and Entry Allocation
    • Every (1) successful order on the foodpanda platform by pandapro account paid via an eligible Visa card during the Campaign Period shall constitute one (1) valid entry into the lucky draw.
    • Cancelled, refunded, or voided orders will automatically disqualify the corresponding entry.
    • There is no limit to the number of entries a Participant may accumulate; however, each unique Participant is strictly capped at winning a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the duration of the Campaign.
  4. Prize Structure and Allocation

  5. Selection Process and Draw Schedule
    Winners will be selected via an automated electronic random draw process conducted in two (2) distinct phases:
    First round of lucky draw: 16th July 2026
    – Total winners: 55 winners.
    – Allocation: 50 Grand Prize Packages (FIFA World Cup 26™ Viewing Event Tickets, Final Match) and 30 Duffel Bags.
    Second round of lucky draw: 25th July 2026
    – Total Recipients: 100 winners.

  6. Winner Notification and Forfeiture
    • Selected winners from First round of lucky draw will be notified within seven (1) business days post-draw via the email address or mobile phone number registered to their foodpanda user account.
    • Selected winners from Second round of lucky draw will be notified within seven (7) business days post-draw via the email address or mobile phone number registered to their foodpanda user account.
    • The Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify any winner and forfeit the prize, or select an alternative winner, under the following circumstances:
      • The selected winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts.
      • The winner fails to acknowledge or claim the prize within the prescribed timeline specified in the notification.
      • The winner is found to be in breach of these Terms.
