KB PRASAC Bank and Telecom Cambodia Ink MoU to Enhance Digital Payment Services

Phnom Penh, 15 June 2026 – KB PRASAC Bank and Telecom Cambodia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen digital payment services, enabling customers to conveniently pay telecommunications service fees through secure and innovative digital banking channels.

The signing ceremony was presided over by H.E. Dr. Soeung Morarith, Director General of Telecom Cambodia, and Mr. Ry Vanna, President & CEO of KB PRASAC Bank, with senior executives from both organizations in attendance.

Through this partnership, Telecom Cambodia customers will be able to make payments via KB PRASAC Mobile, KB PRASAC Corporate, and Online Payment Systems (Deeplink, KHQR), providing a seamless, fast, and secure payment experience. The integration is designed to improve customer convenience while supporting the growing adoption of digital financial services in Cambodia.

The collaboration marks an important milestone in connecting the telecommunications and banking sectors through technology. By leveraging modern payment solutions, both institutions aim to enhance operational efficiency, streamline payment collection processes, and promote greater transparency and accountability.
