On Friday, 10 July 2026, the management of KB PRASAC Bank, led by Mr. RY Vanna, President & Chief Executive Officer, paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training.
During the meeting, the Bank was honored to receive a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister in recognition of KB PRASAC Bank’s sponsorship and support in organizing the Job, Social Security and Vocational Training Forum 2026.
This recognition reflects the Bank’s ongoing commitment to contributing to Cambodia’s socio-economic development by supporting employment opportunities, vocational skills development, and workforce capacity building. KB PRASAC Bank believes that investing in people and empowering the workforce are essential to building a stronger and more prosperous Cambodia.
KB PRASAC Bank remains committed to working closely with the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and other stakeholders to support job creation, skills enhancement, financial inclusion, and sustainable national development.
It is noteworthy that KB PRASAC Bank, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT), recently launched a convenient and secure bill payment service of the Ministry, with no service charge for customers. KB PRASAC Bank also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training to offer unsecured loans to workers and trainees recognized by the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training who aspire to work overseas. This collaboration aims to support employment opportunities for Cambodian workers.
