KB PRASAC Bank Plc. is the leading commercial bank in Cambodia, created by the merger between Kookmin Bank Cambodia Plc. (KBC) and PRASAC Microfinance Institution Plc. (PRASAC), which is a strategic business combination under South Korea-based common parent company, KB Kookmin Bank, following its acquisition of PRASAC in 2021.

The new merged bank received license from the National Bank of Cambodia and the Ministry of Commerce to conduct its commercial banking operations officially from 4th August 2023.
