Build a concept of credit risk to branch staff and branch management.

Oversight of the implementation of credit officers on credit process and procedures and policy.
Support Branch Manager in delivering all new/changed policies, guidelines, procedures, and memo issued by head office.
Ensure all new/changed policies, guidelines, procedures, and memos are communicated and understood to branch staff.
Maintain /develop client relationships with customers to be high rate satisfactory.
Assist and support Branch Manager in oversight of customer service by branch staff.
At the end of each branch visit, submit a summary of the findings at the branch to the branch staff indicating the main strengths and weaknesses.
