Oversight and technical assistant to head office and branch staff related to IT issues
Ensure that the IP phone system is up and running and fully supports implementation, configuration, and reporting.
Ensure proper maintenance of computer peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup, and recovery
Assist in installing software, network, internet, email, printer, and updating antivirus for all head office and branches
Follow up, maintenance support IT system at Head Office and Branches
Train and guide users on using new software, PC maintenance, and troubleshooting
Training end users for new current technology and new

Lead and administer the switching system, card management system, card production/personalization system, and other related software and devices to ensure smooth and stable system operations.

Handle dispute and resolution of cardholder and merchant effectively and timely.
Ensure all settlement, disputes resolution, clearing is conducted under the necessary control.
Ensure card operation compliant to card payment scheme rule, procedure, and policy.
Oversees the posting and analyse of settlements data for monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and closing procedures.
