Analyze the demand/business trend of digital banking products and services to meet the needs of the organization’s target market
Compile the product roadmap and define necessary features to propose a new development/renovation of digital products and services
Stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure the company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments
Create a digital banking product and service planning
Document all phases of research and development.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
Three years of working experience within the industry relevance or general research & development and planning experience.
A strong sense of creativity in the process of thinking of new product ideas, researching, planning, and solving problems creatively.
Ability to pay attention to details.
Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
Good business sense.
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.

Endeavor SME loan sales strategy to achieve the annual lending plan.
Daily promotion and explore targeted business partners of SME & Corporate loan products to the market.
Implement the sales strategy to grow SME portfolio.
Consistency strengthening of SME Credit assessment to compliance with policy.
Review the loan performance by daily for improvement.
Monitor the credit review & extension for timely and accurately assessed & submitted.
Review the loan approval process and speed up.
Work closely with all stakeholders to collect NPL and LWO.
Perform other tasks as required by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or another related field.
3 years working experience of lending with a focus on SME loan.
1 year working experience in banking or financial service industry.
Experience with building strong relationships with SME clients and the SME market.
Good track record performance history (is plus).
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good personal characteristic, good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
