Regulatory Compliance Officer
Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and update regulatory obligation register.
- Analysis of legislative change and new emerging trends that potentially impact to KB PRASAC BANK’s business operation by do gap analysis on policies or procedure.
- Assist Manager of Regulatory Compliance Unit to develop and review regulatory compliance related policies and documents.
- Ensures that KB PRASAC BANK is adhering to the internal compliance obligations and that processes are in place to flag actual or potential breaches.
- Assist Manager of Regulatory Compliance Unit to development of Regulatory Compliance Checklists.
- Identify regulatory compliance issues, and develop/design of the treatments or solutions of the issues
- Provide input to establish the rectification plans in the event of a compliance breach
- Facilitate the interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements into the policy and procedures for KB PRASAC BANK.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Law, Finance, Banking, Economics or another quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as legal officer, compliance, risk officer, auditor or teller or customer service officer desirable.
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, others).
- Broad knowledge of work methods, Legal, saving, credit and banking service methodology of the institution.
- Broad knowledge of policies, procedures processes
- Knowledge of target segment, institution’s coverage area and work zones.
- Strong knowledge in Khmer and English (speaking and writing).
- Proactive, flexible and a good team player.
- Ability on problem solving and good communication skills.
- High personal integrity, good behavior, committed and disciplined.
