Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inputting data from the applied for card application and mapping the account to the card
- Printing the daily production for the cards & pins dispatching
- Ensuring all cards inside the security bags with the seals & sending them to their branches.
- Filing of production reports, card acknowledgments, cancellations, customer documents, and other requests.
- Resolutions of day-to-day customer complaints.
- Changes customer information in the Card Management System upon requests received from branches.
- Printing waybill numbers and reports for those cards if required
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS, Business Administration, or Accountancy.
- Good knowledge of Financial/Accounting Principles, Banking Operations, ATM features, and components.
- Experience in local safety, work, and commercial laws, contact with legal.
- Professional understanding of technical operations and dependencies
- Quick comprehension.
- Hard work and responsibility.
- Professional PC skills.
- Measurement and control reliability.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
