Senior Disputed Transaction Resolution Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support branches on how to deal with customers and book disputed transaction entries in system.
  • Carry out check on the completeness and accuracy of related documents before posting the transaction in system.
  • Transfer to desk tellers from super desk teller.
  • Transfer from Bakong Settlement to Current Account via super desk teller.
  • Reconcile Bakong Settlement and Settlement account bank reconciliations are done properly in good record.
  • Adjustment for CSS, FAST, RFT and Bakong transactions.
  • Keeping financial information confidential.
  • Refund disputed transactions.
  • General correspondence with other Financial Institutions to investigate and enquiry Disputed Transaction.
  • General correspondence with other Financial Institutions to refund Disputed Transaction.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or any related degree.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in accounting management, micro-finance sector.
  • Good understanding of banking and accounting legislation, financial accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent understanding and practice of the Flexcube system.
  • Excellent computer skills (incl. Flexcube core banking System, Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Good understanding of micro-finance operations.
  • Good ability to speak and write English.
  • High motivation and ability to perform tasks without close supervision.
