Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and understanding memos and guidelines related to Merchant KHQR services, sales procedures, deposit products, and other banking services.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services that meet client needs and expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and a clear understanding of all product and service features, particularly Merchant KHQR services.
- Support effective coordination and compliance with sales guidelines and standards with other departments.
- Analyze client needs and requirements, propose appropriate solutions timely.
- Identify service-related issues or challenges, seek feedback, and report findings for further action.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and update daily sales reports, achievement tracking, and client feedback or complaint logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in banking or financial institution.
- History of strong achievement of sales performance of Merchant KHQR.
- Knowledge of the Merchant acquiring system (POS Terminals, mPOS, e-commerce gateways), Transaction processing and settlement cycles, Payment schemes (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, etc).
- Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels.
- Good communication and strong understanding of customer behavior.
- Professional computer skills (Word, Excel, Access) and willing to learn new software.
- High personal integrity, morality, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to the wide branch network offices.
