Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily monitor and maintain bank balance.
- Facilitate fund request from/to Branch.
- Collect all cheque deposit to clearance for all Phnom Penh Branch Office.
- Processing cheque withdrawal for customer requested.
- Prioritize cheque payment to suppliers and staffs.
- Processing transfer cash from Bank account to Cash on hand.
- Carry out check on completeness and accuracy of related documents before posting transaction in system.
- Daily record statement of bank account and posting all bank transaction for HO into the Flexcube system correctly and on time.
- Placement TD transactions with other banks and NCD/LCPO transactions with NBC.
- Another task assigned by Manager
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in accounting or banking/finance or equivalent in related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in accounting management, micro-finance sector.
- Good understanding of banking and accounting legislation, financial accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent understanding and practice of the Flexcube system.
- Excellent computer skills (incl. Flexcube core banking System, Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Good understanding of micro-finance operations.
- Good ability to speak and write English.
- High motivation and ability to perform tasks without close supervision.
