- Monivong Flagship Branch, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Introduce new products of KB PRASAC Bank to potential clients and target clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean individual and corporate clients.
- Act as the primary contact point for Korean-speaking clients, providing advice on banking products and services.
- Sell out banking services and other products both indoor and outdoor for High-net-worth clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Korean community and corporate sector (corporate owners, expatriates, investors).
- Organize networking events, seminars, and promotional campaigns targeting Korean clients.
- Promote tailored products (e.g., KRW-linked accounts, trade finance, remittances) suited for clients.
- Liaise with the bank’s international branches, especially those in Korea, to facilitate transactions and information sharing.
- Assist in organizing documents or forms for potential clients who intend to use the banking services of KB PRASAC Bank.
- Support Korean clients with regulatory, compliance, and documentary requirements.
- Assist with any activities to be held in public.
- Monitor the Korean business environment in Cambodia.
- Provide insights to management on market trends, competition, and client needs.
- Ensure all transactions comply with local and Korean regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Banking Service Team to ensure all customer information and documents are complete and accurate.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, International Relations, or a related field.
- Additional certification in financial services or cross-cultural communication is an advantage.
- Related experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in relationship management, business development, or customer service.
- Experience in relationship building and deposit mobilization.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Native Korean speaker, fluency in English, both spoken and written, and listening
- Understanding of the expectations and behavior of Korean investors and companies.
- Leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, others).
- High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Proactive, flexible, and a good team player.
- Ability in problem-solving and good communication skills.
- Good behavior, committed and disciplined.
