Receptionist

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and pass the message if necessary.
  • Great Clients, and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Front line contact to any inquiries from clients or visitors.
  • Make phone calls, fax and photocopy documents, and as requested file documents.
  • Prepare the meeting room form for staff booking.
  • Responds to staff on time when they need a meeting room.
  • Ensure proper distribution of mailing in and out of KB PRASAC BANK with Branch Offices.
  • Maintain and update the list of staff’s phone and e-mail.
  • Drafting letter, and documentation required by Manager or Supervisor.
  • Follow up with the postman to ensure proper distribution of documents.
  • Consolidate leave and send it to the HR team every month.
  • Follow up and update new staff and staff exit from staffing on time.
  • Then, sent a contact list to management every month.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management/Banking/Finance/Accounting or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in receptionist, logistics/administration.
  • 1 year of working experience in banking or financial services industry.
  • Good at English speaking, writing and listening
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
