Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests under the guidance of the manager.
- Conduct cybersecurity testing and simulation exercises.
- Conduct security risk assessments for IT systems and applications.
- Analyze assessment results and identify risks, weaknesses, and security gaps.
- Prepare assessment reports with actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.
- Support cyber incident investigation and response coordination.
- Assist in regulatory compliance and audit preparation.
- Collaborate with IT, SOC, and business units to implement remediation measures.
- Maintain documentation and records of assessments, incidents, and risk mitigation activities.
- Assist in developing security awareness and training programs.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk assessment, or security operations.
- Professional certifications such as CEH, Security+, or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good at English speaking, writing and listening
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
