Senior Banking Service Development Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying market space for the banking products and services and initiate to introduce by working closely with Research & Development team.
  • Reviewing the performance of the banking products and services to assess the application of the products and services in the market and find out the weakness and strength of the product.
  • Assist in design the products features based on the market demand.
  • Assist in develop the product development proposal.
  • Assist in compose operational manuals, procedures and guidelines of banking products and services.
  • Assist in conduct UAT to ensure that the new/improvement products & services are running smoothly & correctively following its feature before moving into real production.
  • Assist in conduct M&E on the launched products and services for the products improvement and modification to meet the client’s needs and current market competitive & prepare plan and deliver training and refresher course to relevant.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing banking products (e.g., loans, savings, cards, digital channels).
  • Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans in order to comply with set targets
  • High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
  • Good at English speaking, writing, and listening
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to frequently travel to the wide branch network offices
