Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support team on oversight and implement of reporting activities as per guideline across KB PRASAC BANK’s business operation.
- Statistical analysis and data inquiry to enhancement Risk Management report.
- Collaborate in Key Risk Indicator (KRI) development and statistical analysis.
- Support team to assists in branches and departments in reporting of operating risk incidents actual losses and potential losses events and internal compliance failure and conduct investigation if require.
- Initiates recommendations/actions to address identified risk exposures to the business.
- Conduct detailed analysis on root causes of incidents and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Manage report in database (Operational Loss Database) according to the guideline.
- Lead and Support team to assist business unit to conduct risk assessments by follow policies on new business initiatives, products, new process or process change/amendment …etc.
- Deploys appropriate treatment plans and provides guidance and input an idea of mitigation strategy where required.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Statistic, MIS, or a related field.
- Experience 1-3 years of experience in operational risk, data analytics, BI Report.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field such as Business or Commerce
- Strong knowledge of the principles of Operational Risk Management and Compliance disciplines
- Good knowledge of front/back-office processes and procedures, and related controls
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and underlying principles, business and market environment in which Business Units operates, its business strategy and the key drivers of success
- Good understanding of related products and policies and Business Units core systems (e.g. Flexcube)
- Good at English speaking, writing and listening
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
- High personal integrity, morality, and able to work under pressure.
