Regional Auditor

Job Location:

  • Regional 1: Branch Mondul Kiri & Kaev Seima, 1pt
  • Regional 6: Branch Kandal Stueng & Kien Svay, 1pt
  • Regional 8: Branch Basedth, 1pt

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying market space for the banking products and services and initiate to introduce by working closely with Research & Development team.
  • Reviewing the performance of the banking products and services to assess the application of the products and services in the market and find out the weakness and strength of the product.
  • Assisting to design the products features based on the market demand.
  • Assisting to develop the product development proposal.
  • Assisting to prepare plan and deliver training and refresher course to relevant staffs on banking products and services.
  • Following up operational staff to ensure their implementation and documentations usage are in line with the banking products and services operational manuals, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks by management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor degree in banking or finance field.
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in the banking sector.
  • Very good communication skills and Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
  • Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
  • Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system.
  • Competent in spoken and written English communication.
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience of writing procedures, drafting manuals and reports.
  • Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans in order to comply with set targets.
