Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan portfolio by sectors/geography/size/refinancing.
- Review and analyze behavior of PAR and NPL.
- Support and provide loan portfolio analysis on time for KB head office requested.
- Analyze trend and behavior of client’s portfolio and its PAR.
- Provide statistical and visual report and interpret.
- Provide daily’s/monthly/quarterly basis on credit portfolio.
- Monitor portfolio limit approved by the BoD and management.
- Develop warning signal on loan portfolio.
- Assist in developing credit portfolio stress test.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economic, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in risk analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or similar
- Previous experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is often preferred
- Strong data collection skills and advanced level of proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and other analytical tools.
- Ability to execute and drive diverse projects to completion in a timely manner and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across the organization.
- Good at English speaking, writing and listening
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to frequently travel to the wide branch network offices.
