Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage security monitoring and detection operations.
- Oversee threat hunting activities to proactively identify advanced threats.
- Manage digital forensics and cyber incident investigations.
- Ensure implementation of security protection mechanisms across network, server, and endpoint systems.
- Oversee password management and security control mechanisms.
- Develop and monitor security operation metrics and reporting.
- Ensure security governance, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Ensure the effectiveness of security protection mechanisms across network, server, and endpoint environments.
- Ensure implementation of strong password management and authentication controls.
- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and other departments during security incidents.
- Supervise and mentor security operations staff.
- Perform other tasks as required by management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
- 2 years of working experience in banking or financial service industries.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, EEH, CISM, or GIAC) preferred.
- Expertise in SIEM, threat intelligence, incident response, and cybersecurity tools.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Project management and process improvement skills.
- Good at English speaking, writing and listening
- Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
- High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
