Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute brand activation activities, marketing campaigns, and corporate events (internal and external)
- Develop detailed proposals and technical specifications for booth setup, stage design, branding materials, and event production
- Oversee booth fabrication, installation, dismantling, and on-site supervision at headquarters and branch levels
- Work with sponsors and vendors to ensure successful booth setup prior to event
- Support and coordinate Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities at branch level, including roadshows, mini-events, community engagement, and booth promotions to drive product awareness and sales.
- Manage supplier selection and bidding processes
- Supervise the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including Annual Reports, calendars, leaflets, banners, signboards, eco-bags, promotional gifts, and other branding materials.
- Ensure office environment branding and branch decoration comply with corporate identity standards.
- Monitor and control marketing activities and media execution within the approved budget.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, brand activation, or booth/branch setup (experience in banking or financial institutions is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of event setup, booth construction, materials specification, printing production, and branch decoration.
- Experience in coordinating with suppliers, conducting bidding processes, and managing production timelines.
- Good understanding of Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and branch-level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or AutoCAD, 3D modeling) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and quality control mindset.
- Willingness to travel to branches across provinces or work for overnight setup when required.
