Job Location:
- Head Office, Phnom Penh
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
- Understanding any regulations such as national bank and other sector.
- Analyses the demand/business trend of digital banking product and services to meet the needs of the organization’s target market.
- Compile the product roadmap and define necessary features to propose a to new. development/renovation of digital product and service.
- Stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure their company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments.
- Create a digital banking product and service planning.
- Document all phases of research and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Fresh graduate in relevance to marketing, digital business or general research & development and planning experience.
- A good sense of creativity in the process of thinking of new product ideas, researching, planning and solving problems creatively.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
- Good business sense.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
