Merchant Payment Support Officer

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Check and Verify merchant requests and update information from branches in the Merchant Management System timely and effectively
  • Provide support for all branch operations related to the Merchant Management System assist with disputes and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Follow up with branches to ensure printing of materials for clients
  • Report management and merchant performance monitoring
  • Join SIT/UAT testing on new product and service projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in Merchant support payment
  • Knowledge and understanding clearly of all product and service features especially Merchant Service or Digital banking
  • Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively
  • Good at English speaking, writing and listening
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
